Changed thermal paste on CPU/GPU but haven't noticed a remarkable change. Fan still revs up when things get a bit warm.
Might want to expand RAM from 4 to 8 gigs but I only see 2 slots and both are filled (2 2GB slots). This upgrade might be costly.
SSD drive is another thing. But yeah.

I wanting to do this mod too, but I don't know how much improvement it will give as the cooling system is very small i think it will get hot even with the paste, so i got a notebook cooler ordered. let me know how the results go though, thanks.
You should notice a difference on the temperature after awhile but if no difference then you probably put too much thermal. It's one of those things that it can't be too little and too much. It has to be just the right amount. Cheers!
